Rali

Hi, I’m Rali, a certified Personal Trainer and Coach. With a background in gymnastics, synchronized swimming, and aerobics, fitness has always been a key part of my life. I’m passionate about training, nutrition, and healthy living, and I continuously invest in my education to provide the highest quality coaching.
I believe training should be enjoyable, empowering, and tailored to you. We will support you every step of the way, helping you build healthy habits, push past limits, and achieve results you never thought possible.

My approach to personal training goes beyond workouts and nutrition. I focus on mental resilience, stress management, and building consistency through mindset. I help clients break negative self-talk, develop healthier habits, and stay motivated even when progress feels slow. At the end training isn’t about punishment it’s about learning to trust yourself, overcome mental barriers, and develop a healthier relationship with your body.

Jan

Movement and fitness have been part of my life since childhood. I started in football at age 5, reached the professional level, and after injuries ended my playing career, I fully committed to coaching. I fell in love with strength training at 15, and over the past 10 years I’ve turned that passion into my purpose: helping others unlock their potential through movement, discipline, and structure. I’m a certified personal trainer with a diploma in Sports Management, and I’ve worked with adults, young athletes, and clients focused on health, performance, fat loss, muscle building, and pain-free movement.

Zahari

I’m Zahari, a performance-focused coach with a strong emphasis on strength, aesthetics, and overall physical development. I work with clients to build strength, improve performance, and develop a physique they feel confident in, using structured, effective training that delivers real results.
